Compliance Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Collect and maintain audit evidence and compliance documents.
• Maintain company policies, SOPs, procedures, and process documents.
• Follow up with respective teams for audit observations and corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance trackers, risk registers, and audit reports.
• Support ISO 27001, SOC 2 and PCI DSS compliance activities.
• Perform periodic compliance checks and identify process gaps.
• Coordinate with Delivery, IT, HR, Admin Finance, and other departments for compliance requirements.
• Prepare monthly/periodic compliance reports for management.
• Ensure timely review and update of policies and process documents.
• Support information security awareness and compliance training activities.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and ITGC.
• Good documentation and MS Excel skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and meet deadlines.
• ISO 27001 / ITIL / CISA certification or relevant training.
