Compliance Executive

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry and document processing, ensuring accuracy across compliance trackers and databases
• Maintain and update Google Sheets/Excel spreadsheets, including linking documents, logs and reports for easy reference
• Prepare, format and file compliance-related documents, forms and submissions
• Provide administrative support to the Compliance Head, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials and following up on assigned tasks
• Track deadlines, approvals and completion status of compliance and administrative tasks
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes and arrange logistics as directed
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and consolidate required information
• Support sustainability and ESG reporting, audits and initiatives as needed
• Contribute to the improvement of SOPs, checklists and documentation processes
• Perform ad-hoc administrative and coordination duties as assigned

Requirements and Skills

• 2-3 years in administrative, reporting or compliance support roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, data linking, tracking), and comfortable picking up new tools
• Experience maintaining trackers or document systems
• Detail-oriented, organised, able to juggle multiple priorities
• Good written and verbal communication
• Compliance or sustainability reporting exposure a plus, not essential
• Proactive and reliable, comfortable working with senior management
• Open to occasional travel
