Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Compliance Executive to manage vehicle, driver, vendor and operational compliance. The role involves documentation, audits, renewals, reporting and coordination with Operations and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor vehicle documents including RC, Insurance, Fitness, Permit, PUC & Road Tax.
• Maintain driver documents including Driving Licence, Aadhaar, PAN, Police Verification, BGV & Medical Fitness.
• Track document expiry and ensure timely renewals.
• Maintain compliance databases and records.
• Coordinate vendor documentation and statutory compliance.
• Support internal and customer audits.
• Prepare weekly and monthly compliance reports.
• Identify compliance gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable transport regulations and company policies.

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of transport/fleet compliance.
• Good MS Excel and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Transportation/Logistics experience preferred.

Work Environment:

• Office-based with regular coordination with drivers, supervisors, site teams and vendors.
• Occasional site visits may be required.
