Compliance Executive

Responsible for Social compliance, QMS, and food safety management.

· Coordinate with all departments to maintain QMS and Safety Standards.

· Ensure that all departments are aware of their responsibilities to maintain all standards defined by the organization.

· Plan internal audits and follow-up corrective and preventive actions.

· To ensure product integrity, cold chain management, safety and security of products.

· Prepare and compile performance statistics from all departments.

· Plan Management Review Meeting as per schedule, prepare agenda and coordinate meetings.

· Implement Quality Inspection Procedures and maintain as per schedule.

· To ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards are maintained.

· To ensure Food Safety standards are maintained.

· To ensure QMS is implemented and maintained.

· Ensure all procedures are being followed for product safety and quality.

· Schedule training and awareness programs.

· Develop and maintain the team’s KPIs, assisting with reporting and planning improvements, and aligning service improvements with KPIs.

· Make all efforts to ensure all defined objectives are attained with continual improvement.

· Fundamental to fulfilling the responsibilities of this post is the ability to respond flexibly, positively and successfully to the ever-changing pressures.

· Any other responsibility as assigned by the top management.

Job Location: Islamabad
Salary : 40,000 to 50,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
