Job Description – HR Compliance Executive

Industry: Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) / Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain statutory registers, employee records, attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
• Handle PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, challans, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with government departments, labour authorities, consultants, and auditors.
• Monitor compliance related to factory operations, contract labour, and applicable industrial safety regulations.
• Coordinate contractor documentation, labour licence requirements, and contract labour compliance.
• Support inspections, audits, and maintain necessary compliance documentation.
• Assist in preparing HR policies, procedures, and employee-related documentation.
• Track amendments in labour laws and ensure timely implementation of applicable changes.
• Coordinate with HR, Administration, Accounts, and factory departments to ensure smooth compliance operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR compliance, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or the PEB industry.
• Knowledge of applicable labour laws, statutory compliance, PF, ESIC, and contract labour regulations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, documentation, and statutory records management.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

Base Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
The role requires travelling to various project sites across India to ensure HR compliance and adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
