Compliance Executive (Hospitality)

Job Descriptions:

• Audit/compliance experience is preferred but not a requirement.

• Some experience in the followings:-

• Accounting / book-keeping experience

• Sales and purchase processing, familiar with documents such as sales invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, supplier invoices and bank statements

• Review company policies and providing solutions to compliance issues.

• Carrying out compliance monitoring to ensure that all employees are abiding by company policies.

• May require to travel to different hotels/resorts to conduct audit.

• Any other tasks and ad hoc projects as required by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any business or finance related studies.

• 2 years’ work experience required.

• Ability to work effectively with others, be prepared to take a supportive role where required.

• Keen to learn with a positive work attitude.

• Eye for detail.

• Ability to act with tenacity and diplomacy.

• Independent, meticulous, adaptable with ability to work under pressure.
