Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Compliance Professionals with strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements. The role involves managing end-to-end compliance activities, client coordination, and ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Labour Law Compliance:

• Handling compliances under Shop & Establishment Act, PT, LWF, PF & ESIC
• Tracking registration, renewal, and amendments with proper due-date monitoring
• Ensuring timely renewal of licenses under applicable Acts
• Maintaining statutory registers, records, and documentation
• Display of statutory notices and abstracts as per compliance requirements
• Preparation and submission of statutory returns under various labour laws
• Updating dashboards, MIS, and compliance trackers
• Visiting client locations and government offices as required

2. Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act:

• Preparing monthly compliance reports and maintaining proper records
• Auditing vendor invoices along with supporting documents
• Preparing vendor headcount reports
• Ensuring vendor compliance with statutory requirements

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances
• Experience in handling multi-client and multi-location compliance
• Good analytical and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MIS and reporting
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients across different levels
