Compliance Executive / Merchant

Job Responsibilities

• Handle documentation and compliance requirements for GOTS, GRS, OCS and BCI certifications.
• Coordinate with certification bodies and auditors.
• Maintain certification records, documents and reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable certification standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate with buyers and internal teams regarding certification requirements.
• Follow up on audits, corrective actions and certification-related documentation.
• Maintain proper records for inspection and audit purposes.

Qualification & Skills

• Knowledge or experience in textile certification and compliance
• Basic knowledge of GOTS, GRS, OCS and BCI standards will be an advantage.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in the textile/garment industry will be preferred.
