Compliance Executive (Payments Industry)

• Monthly up to MYR 7,000.
• 5 days work week, Work-From-Home
• Annual Performance Bonus with regional exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Review documents for local and foreign merchants, payment partners, etc.
• Due Diligence check such as CDD/EDD and AML/KYC.
• Interpret and review legal contracts from a compliance and risk perspective before processing.
• Conduct financial and commercial reviews.
• Work with Legal and external counsel for complex, high-risk, foreign or non-standard agreements.

Requirements

• At least Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 3 years experience in compliance, risk management, identifying merchant risk or financial services.
