Compliance Executive [SAS]

Compliance & Advisory

Provide general compliance guidance to salespersons on property-related matters, in accordance with applicable legislation, regulations and company policies.

Manage and respond to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) enquiries, audit checks and follow-up actions.

Monitor relevant compliance matters and support the department in maintaining appropriate documentation and records.

Claims & Dispute Resolution

Represent the Company in matters before the Small Claims Tribunals (SCT), where authorised.

Attend mediation sessions and assist in the resolution of commission-related disputes.

Manage and follow up on claims, disputes and related correspondence as required.

Stakeholder Support

Handle enquiries, feedback and concerns raised by salespersons and clients.

Attend to walk-in and telephone enquiries and provide appropriate assistance or referrals.

Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution of enquiries and issues.

Documentation & Other Duties

Prepare and draft legal, compliance and other relevant documents in accordance with established requirements.

Maintain appropriate records and documentation relating to compliance, claims and dispute matters.

Perform other relevant ad hoc assignments as assigned in support of the department.
