Compliance Inspector

Job Responsibilities:

• Make the necessary preparations for inspections in accordance with the SOP
• Conduct on-site inspections to detect non-compliance in a timely and accurate manner, and perform the following duties:
• Explain the purpose of the inspection at the onset of the inspection
• Interview relevant persons who are believed to be acquainted with the facts relevant to the inspection findings
• Ensure proper recording of the whole inspection process
• Collect and assess documents, relevant evidences or documentation/records to detect non-compliance, and carry out actions according to the SOP
• Provide closing debrief and explanation of required follow-up actions (if any) at the end of inspection
• Prepare and submit inspection reports within the stipulated timeframe
• Liaise with other relevant parties for any follow-up actions within the stipulated timeframe

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification, with at least 1 year of work experience
• Prior experience in enforcement or public engagement will be advantageous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel
• Write and communicate well in English, and be conversant in at least one other languages
• Singaporeans only
