Compliance Intern

About the role

This is a Compliance Intern position supporting compliance monitoring, documentation, and regulatory requirements within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies, procedures, permits, and regulatory requirements
• Support the preparation, filing, and organization of compliance documents and records
• Maintain compliance trackers, reports, and documentation
• Conduct basic research on relevant laws, regulations, and government requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding compliance requirements and deadlines
• Assist the Compliance Officer with administrative and other compliance-related tasks

About you

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Political Science, or a related course
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Internship/OJT requirement is preferred
