Compliance Manager

**Job Responsibilities:**Monitoring

• Keeping abreast with the latest laws and regulations and amendments of the country that applicable to the business, as well as those issued from Head Office, and ensure compliance requirements have been appropriately implemented within time frame
• Develop monthly/quarterly/yearly management report or dashboard on all monitoring and oversight activities, risks and issues
• Ensuring timely and accuracy reporting of significant compliance matters to management team
• Collaborates with other departments to manage compliance issues via appropriate existing channels for implementation of regulatory requirements as well as supporting business units in finding appropriate solutions
• Conduct investigation on suspicious transaction and handling customer complaints

Testing and audit support

• Perform targeted regulatory testing to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Coordinate with related department and perform troubleshoot on audit findings and resolution
• Manage and track all emerging findings to ensure business units follow the correction plan

Qualifications:

• Understanding key concepts of Compliance, Audit function and be able to identify risks as well as business impacts occurred from relevant regulatory requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any field, preferable in Law, Business Administration, Finance and Banking
• At least 7 years’ experience in Audit, Compliance and/or regulatory compliance with knowledge of financial industry and risk and regulatory requirements i.e. OIC, CPB, AMLO, NCB
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision with an attention to detail
• Strong written communication both Thai and English
