About the Role

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our Compliance Department. In this role, you will support the organization's regulatory compliance activities to ensure that our business operations comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. You will monitor new regulations, analyze their impact, conduct compliance monitoring, advise business units, and liaise with regulators such as the Bank of Thailand (BOT) and the Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO).

This role is ideal for candidates with around 5 years of experience in Compliancewithin the financial institution, banking, or regulated business sector.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance

• Study, monitor, and analyze new laws, notifications, and regulatory requirements from authorities such as BOT, AMLO, and other relevant agencies
• Analyze the impact of new laws or requirements on business operations and prepare summaries for management
• Support the development and revision of internal policies, manuals, and guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable laws

Compliance Monitoring

• Conduct Compliance Monitoring and Compliance Review according to the annual work plan
• Review business units' operations for compliance with laws, policies, and company regulations
• Prepare monitoring reports and follow up on corrective actions

Compliance Advisory

• Advise business units on Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
• Support the development of new products, processes, and projects to ensure regulatory alignment
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk Management, and Internal Audit

Regulatory Reporting

• Prepare Compliance and regulatory reports
• Support coordination with and respond to inquiries from BOT, AMLO, and internal/external auditors
• Maintain complete and organized compliance documentation

Compliance Risk Management & AML/CFT

• Support Compliance Risk Assessments and monitor risk remediation progress
• Support AML/CFT operations, including KYC, CDD, EDD, Sanctions Screening, and PEP monitoring

Compliance Awareness & Other Duties

• Support Compliance and business ethics training initiatives
• Promote a culture of legal compliance and good governance
• Support Compliance and Regulatory Transformation projects, and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field
• 5 years up of experience in Compliance
• Experience in a bank, finance company, or BOT-regulated financial institution is an advantage
• Experience in Compliance Monitoring, Regulatory Reporting, or AML/CFT is an advantage
• Knowledge of the Financial Institution Business Act, BOT regulations, AML/CFT law, KYC/CDD/EDD, Corporate Governance, and Internal Control
• Professional certifications such as CCP, ICA Diploma in Compliance, CAMS, CRMP, FRM, or CIA are a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with GRC or Compliance Monitoring systems is an advantage
• Excellent Thai communication skills, with working-level English and the ability to read and interpret English-language regulations
