Job Overview

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to manage employee-related compliance activities and ensure that required records, filings and documentation are maintained properly and on time. The person will work closely with HR, Accounts and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day compliance activities.
• Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of required returns, payments and documents.
• Maintain employee records, registers and compliance-related documentation.
• Coordinate with external consultants and relevant departments for compliance matters.
• Assist with statutory inspections, audits and documentation whenever required.
• Keep track of important compliance dates and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor changes in applicable rules and update the HR team accordingly.
• Prepare regular compliance reports and trackers for management.
• Support payroll-related compliance activities and verify statutory deductions.
• Handle notices and routine communication received from relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance records are properly organised and up to date.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in HR compliance or statutory compliance.
• Practical knowledge of PF, ESI and other employee-related compliance.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Experience working with government/statutory portals.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.

Salary: As per experience and suitability.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
