募集要項

• Ensure compliance with asset management laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Monitor departmental compliance and provide guidance as needed.
• Review marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
• Manage KYC and anti-money laundering processes independently.
• Conduct regular compliance checks on sales and marketing activities.
• Prepare and submit internal and external compliance reports.
• Support FSA licensing and training compliance processes.
• Maintain contracts, legal records, and internal policies.

• Strong understanding of relevant Japanese regulations (e.g., FIEA, IMAJ rules)
• Background in audit, legal, or compliance; relevant finance or legal qualifications preferred
• Self-starter with strong ownership and ability to meet deadlines
• Well-developed organizational and time management skills
• Native-level Japanese and business level English
