Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage licensing, permits, registrations, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate compliance initiatives related to anti-bribery, data protection, business continuity, and risk management.
• Monitor regulatory changes and drive implementation of required actions.
• Support internal control reviews, corrective action tracking, and compliance audits.
• Maintain compliance procedures, dashboards, training programs, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, regulators, and external partners to ensure compliance standards are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, HR, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in compliance, governance, risk management, audit, internal controls, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulatory and licensing processes.
• Experience with ISO 37001, compliance programs, risk management, or business continuity is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and project coordination skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
