Compliance Manager

Vanny Science is a company engaged in biomedical research related industry with management office in Hong Kong. We are looking for reliable and hard-working individuals to fill the above position.

Major responsibilities:

·         Review and audit the staff daily workflows operations actives records, and administrative document filings to ensure 100% compliance with management directives

·         Maintain and update company policies, process flowcharts, and control documentation to reflect business changes

·         Identify operational deviations, incomplete form filings, or delays in data entry. Issue non-compliance warnings and remediation follow-up with department heads until the issue is fully resolved

·         Ensure the ironclad implementation of management directives. Monitor, track, and audit the execution rate of daily tasks assigned by top management to guarantee flawless operational fulfillment

·         Promote strict adherence to standard templates, checklists, and authorization limits. Reinforce individual accountability across the office

·         Conduct scheduled and unannounced physical site audits at the Hong Kong office and the plants our in oversea to ensure zero operational leakage

·         Any other job-related duties as necessary

·         Travel required

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or related disciplines.

·         At least 8 years of relevant working experience in internal control, internal audit, risk management, compliance, or corporate governance.

·         Quick to understand business processes and able to translate governance requirements into practical actions

·         Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive actions and follow up effectively across multiple functions

·         Self-motivated, detail oriented, well organized and able to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities

·         Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English

·         Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
