Compliance Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to manage statutory, corporate, financial, and regulatory compliance across BrightCHAMPS’ global entities in India and overseas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate, financial, FEMA, RBI, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure timely statutory filings and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate audits, governance requirements, and statutory records.
• Manage cross-border and intercompany compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, legal teams, and overseas advisors.
• Maintain compliance calendars, dashboards, and regulatory trackers.
• Identify compliance risks and ensure timely mitigation.

Qualification

• Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Good to have: CA Inter / CPA
• Preferred: Diploma in FEMA / International Compliance

Ideal Candidate

A CA with hands-on experience in multinational/group structures, capable of independently managing compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• HSR Layout Sector 2, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
