Compliance Manager

Position : Manager RBI Compliance

Experience : 35+ Years

Qualification : Graduation along with professional qualification such as CA / CS / ICWA (CMA)

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage RBI regulatory compliance and act as a key communication link between the bank's internal stakeholders and RBI. The role involves regulatory reporting, RBI returns, handling RBI queries, monitoring compliance requirements, and coordinating RBI inspection-related activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure adherence to RBI circulars, guidelines and regulatory frameworks.

Manage RBI regulatory returns and ensure accurate and timely submissions.

Handle ad-hoc queries and information requests raised by RBI / DOS through the DAKSH portal.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and validate required information.

Support RBI inspections and ensure timely closure of inspection findings.

Analyse new RBI circulars, advisories and regulatory instructions and communicate them to relevant business teams.

Ensure accuracy of data and documentation submitted to RBI.

Requirements :

3–5+ years of experience in a commercial bank.

Experience in RBI Regulatory Compliance / Regulatory Reporting.

Hands-on experience with RBI Returns and RBI submissions.

Exposure to RBI Inspection / DOS queries.

Experience with DAKSH Portal will be highly preferred.

Strong understanding of RBI circulars, guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Experience in Compliance, Internal Audit or Core Risk Management within banking.

CA / CS / ICWA (CMA) qualification along with graduation.
