Job highlights

• Completed Articleship with strong knowledge of Tally, Quickbooks, GST, TDS, PF provisions and statutory filings

• Manage monthly and annual statutory compliances, prepare financial statements, audits, tax filings, and MIS reports; liaise with clients and lead a team of 3-4 members

• Mandatory, preference to candidates who have seriously completed their Articleship.

• Strong knowledge of Tally, Quickbooks, Genius and other such softwares.

• Working knowledge of Accounting, TDS provisions, PF Provisions and GST provisions.

• Should have proficient knowledge about GST filings, TDS Filings & PF filing, Annual GST Audits, Statutory Audits.

• Ensure monthly compliances w.r.t. TDS, GST, PF, ESI, PT and other statutory laws.

• Ensuring all statutory compliances on Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual basis.

• Annual Financial Statement preparation, ITR preparation, Tax Audit preparation and filing of different forms with Income Tax department.

• Preparation of various MIS for clients in their specific formats.

• Having Good communication skills so that Liaise with clients and provide financial information based on data maintained.

• Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures, and federal and state regulations.

• Theoretical Knowledge of Transfer Pricing, FEMA regulations, FDIs.

• Experience of handling a team of at least 3-4 persons and closely working with different teams.
