What they need

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee compliance across the full lifecycle of the data center campus, from project initiation, land acquisition, planning, and construction through to operation and exit. Develop compliance strategies, drive key approvals, and identify and control major compliance risks.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for all campus permits and licenses, including building permits, power usage permits, and business licenses (new applications, amendments, renewals, cancellations, and reissuance). Coordinate document preparation, submissions, on-site filing, and progress tracking to ensure permits are obtained on schedule.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, operations, legal, finance, and government affairs teams to resolve compliance issues and approval bottlenecks. Help build and improve a standardized compliance management system across multiple campuses.
  • Establish mechanisms for identifying, assessing, and giving early warning of compliance risks. Handle regulatory inspections, administrative penalties, and other compliance incidents, and organize corrective actions and follow-up.
  • Prepare and execute the annual compliance budget (consulting, testing, and agency fees), and control compliance costs effectively.
  • Handle day-to-day communication and coordination with relevant campus departments during project construction, and follow through on campus-related support items.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the company and management.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or above; Public Administration, Engineering Management, Environmental Engineering, or related majors preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in permit and license applications for data centers (IDC) or large industrial parks, with knowledge of telecommunications, fire safety, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and Information Security Classified Protection (MLPS) approval processes.
  • Native Thai speaker, able to work independently and liaise with government agencies (required).
  • Good command of English, as the role involves working with an international team and writing reports in English.
