Compliance Office-Payments

Key Requirement:

• experience in Regulatory/Compliance, preferably in the Payments domain.
• Strong knowledge of RBI & NPCI regulations, circulars and guidelines.
• Hands-on understanding of UPI, NACH, BBPS and other payment products.
• Conduct regulatory impact assessments and ensure timely implementation of compliance requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and payment product compliance.
• Conduct compliance reviews, testing and transaction lifecycle control checks.
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Handle compliance queries from internal stakeholders and prepare MIS/dashboards.
• Support RBI inspections and regulatory submissions.
