Compliance Officer (AML/CFT)

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and executing the company's AML/CFT policies, systems, and procedures.
• Assist in conducting customer due diligence, customer risk assessments, PEP and sanctions screening, high-risk customer reviews, and other related work; record and maintain relevant documentation as required
• Assist in handling transaction monitoring alerts and related case data collection, compilation, and preliminary analysis; follow up with business departments to obtain supplementary information as required
• Assist in collecting and compiling suspicious transaction case-related materials, and maintain STR and related case records
• Assist in conducting AML/CFT compliance checks, quality assurance, and remediation follow-up work
• Assist in maintaining AML/CFT-related systems, data, reports, and monitoring records, and follow up on anomalies
• Assist in preparing AML/CFT management reports, regulatory reports, and related materials
• Assist in organizing AML/CFT training and awareness campaigns, and maintain related training records
• Assist in handling regulatory inspections, audits, and other AML/CFT special assignments

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Law, Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of experience in AML/CFT, compliance, risk management, or financial institutions is preferred
• Basic understanding of AML/CFT-related laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements
• Strong data processing, analytical, and document organization skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
