Compliance Officer / Assistant

Responsibilities

Handle regulatory license applications

Handle regulatory reporting and responding to regulator enquiries

Conduct compliance reviewing and monitoring activities

Review account opening and support AML and general compliance matters

Maintenance of CPT hours for licensed staff

Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements

Degree holder in finance, accounting, law or related disciplines

1 – 3 years relevant experience working experience

Good knowledge of the SFO, knowledge in AML/KYC and back/middle operation is preferential

Knowledge of FATCA, CRS will be preferential

Fluent in English and Chinese

Good team player and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, organizational and problem solving skills

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistance Compliance Officer

Immediately available is highly preferred

Fresh graduates will also be considered
