Compliance Officer

Current vacancy for a Compliance Manager to work on a contract basis for a client side organisation that manages commercial and domestic buildings.

Key duties will include,

Management of compliance dashboard.
Management of contractors ensuring PPM and building MOTs are followed including water quality and fire safety.
Provide feedback to asset management of costs, variations and any defect issues.
Work as part of wider property team ensuring a safe and compliant estate.
Assist with FRA inspections and remedial works.

Ideally you will have worked within a similar setting and have experience of working as a Compliance officer, Compliance manager or Fire risk inspector.

The role will be covering, Birmingham, Solihull and have some remote working.

Location: Coventry | Salary: £30 - £32 per hour | Job type: Contract | Posted: 08/05/2025
