Compliance Officer

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• BIR Tax Filing: Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, including VAT (2550M/Q), Withholding Taxes (1601C, 1601EQ), and Income Tax (1702/1701).
• Bookkeeping & Reporting: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and detailed financial records, including journals, ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Financial Compliance: Ensuring adherence to legal standards, tax laws, and internal accounting regulations.
• Transactions & Payroll: Processing daily financial transactions, managing invoices, and handling payroll.
• Analysis & Reporting: Preparing monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and cash flow reports.
• Internal Controls: Developing procedures to mitigate financial risk and providing reports to management
• Tax Documentation: Maintain and update tax records, including Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source (BIR Form 2307) and Alphalists.
• BIR System Profiency: Operate eFPS and eBIRForms systems for online submission.
• Audit Assistance: Assist in handling BIR audits, assessments, and submission of requirements during tax examinations.
• Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on new BIR revenue regulations, memorandum circulars, and issuances to ensure compliance.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile tax accounts with the general ledger.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
