What they need
- RBI Compliance Regulatory compliances.
- RBI Inspection, collation of data from different departments for replying to RBI.
- To update the policies/SOPs of the company in terms of RBI regulations and compliances thereof.
- Keep updating the Offer Document/Assignment Agreement/Trust Deed or any other deed in terms of RBI requirements.
- Keeping /disseminating information in terms of any amendments in terms of RBI guidelines.
- Co-ordination with management and other departments.
- To ensure regulatory compliances in terms of the RBI inspection reports/policies of the company.
- Maintaining track of RBI mails/queries received and ensure that the same are complied and communicated.
- Updating the List of Intermediaries appointed by the company.
- Monitoring that the customer grievances are handled.
- Monitoring that CIC reporting is done on a timely manner.
- Keeping track of communication/queries received from any other Authority and reporting the same to the senior authority.
