Compliance Officer

• Manage and monitor MARINA permits, licenses, registrations, certifications, inspections, and other maritime compliance requirements for vessels, tugboats, barges, and other marine assets.

• Coordinate with MARINA, government agencies, port authorities, clients, and other stakeholders for applications, renewals, inspections, clearances, and other regulatory requirements.

• Maintain updated compliance trackers, document registers, expiration schedules, and fleet and equipment records.

• Handle documentation and compliance requirements beyond MARINA, including fleet documentation, heavy equipment, shipping operations, project mobilization, permits, registrations, and inspections.

• Monitor expiration dates and ensure that all permits, licenses, and certifications are renewed on time to avoid operational delays or compliance issues.

• Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy files and ensure that records are complete, accurate, and readily accessible.

• Assist and coordinate during MARINA, government, client, and other regulatory inspections and audits.

• Monitor deadlines and coordinate with concerned departments to ensure the timely submission and completion of compliance requirements.

• Provide documentation and administrative support to ensure the smooth and compliant operation of the company’s vessels, fleet, and marine assets.

• Can work independently and meet deadlines

• Willing to be assigned in Port Area, Manila

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
