Compliance Officer

Job Summary

The Compliance Officer will oversee and manage the Company’s regulatory, licensing, and compliance requirements for its PIGO business. The role is responsible for ensuring that all required PAGCOR licenses, LGU permits, government registrations, certifications, and regulatory obligations are maintained and updated.

The Compliance Officer will also coordinate AML/KYC, responsible gaming, data privacy, payment, technology, vendor, marketing, and corporate compliance, while maintaining accurate compliance records, regulatory calendars, and audit documentation. The role will work closely with Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and external regulatory stakeholders to ensure continuous regulatory readiness and timely completion of compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Compliance, Legal Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, risk management, or government regulatory affairs.
• Experience with PAGCOR, PIGO, online gaming, fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PAGCOR licensing, LGU permits, SEC, BIR, AMLC, NPC/Data Privacy, DOLE, and other regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC, customer due diligence, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, and responsible gaming.
• Experience managing licenses, permits, certifications, renewals, regulatory submissions, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Strong understanding of compliance monitoring, internal controls, risk assessment, and corrective action management.
• Excellent documentation, coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple regulatory deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and compliance tracking or reporting tools.

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
