Compliance Officer

Required Education:

• Associate degree in Office Administration, Office Management, Business Administration, or equivalent

Required Experience:

• At least 1 year in administrative support, compliance, permits, licensing, or documentation-related work

• Exposure to statutory filings, renewals, government submissions, or controlled records

Preferred Experience:

• At least 2 years in compliance/documentation work

• Experience coordinating with government agencies or regulatory bodies

Required Skills:

• Document control and records management

• Good written and verbal communication

• MS Office proficiency and accurate data encoding

• Strong attention to detail and deadline tracking

• Understanding of confidentiality and data privacy

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of SEC, BIR, DOLE, LGU, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and applicable industry requirements

• Ability to maintain compliance calendars and statutory monitoring matrices

• Basic understanding of legal and regulatory document formats
