The Compliance Officer will ensure products comply with the mandatory Philippine National Standards and relevant regulations to obtain and maintain mandatory product certifications, allowing them to be legally and safely in the local market.

Job Responsibility:

• Technical Analysis, Application and Documentation of Test Reports.
• Coordination with Auditing Bodies and Testing Laboratories for foreign and local audits especially for Initial, Surveillance and Recertification Audits, Local PS Inclusion Audits, ICC Certification and also for the testing of new model samples and samples from factory audit.
• Regulation Monitoring, continuously update on the changes on industry regulations.
• Work with PMs and HQ representatives for the product category assigned especially planning, preparation and production schedule.
• Provides support for Logistics, RCs, Marketing and Sales department for other certification requirements like Energy Labels, PS Licenses, COEs, etc.
• Maintain good working relationship and coordination with government agencies.
• Processing of Licenses/Permits/Certification documents of government agencies listed below based on the product category assigned;
• 1. DTI – Bureau of Philippine Standards1.1 PS License1.2 ICC Certificate1.3 Certificate of Exemptions2. DoE – Department of Energy2.1 Energy Label2.2 Certificate of Exemptions2.3 Certificate for Phased Out Products3. NTC – National Telecommunications Commission3.1 NTC Dealer’s Permit3.2 Type Acceptance Certificate3.3 Permit to Import3.4 NTC Certificate of Registrations and Sales Report4. OMB – Optical Media Board 4.1 Importer’s License 4.2 OMB Import Permit5. DENR – EPR

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree – BS ME, ECE, EE, etc. or equivalent. Or any course but with extensive experience on Regulatory and Product Certification.
• With manufacturing experience, R&D/Product Development/Engineering as advantages.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Filipino

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php55,000.00 per month
