Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Compliance Officer with strong experience in statutory compliance, documentation audits, and labour laws in a plant/factory or manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit HR statutory records, employee files and compliance registers .

• Ensure compliance with Factories Act, CLRA, EPF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Bonus and Gratuity .

• Manage contract labour and vendor compliance documentation .

• Coordinate statutory inspections, labour audits and internal audits .

• Verify attendance, wage records and statutory filings .

• Close audit observations and prepare compliance MIS/reports .

  Requirements

• MBA in HR Mandatory .

• 3 6 years of experience in HR Compliance / Statutory Compliance / Documentation Audit .

• Plant/factory/manufacturing experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances .

• Good documentation and audit-handling skills.
