Compliance Officer (Retail)

In this role, you will partner with internal teams and external vendors to maintain data integrity and enforce compliance across all product lines, serving as a key gatekeeper for regulatory documentation, packaging standards, and labeling resolution.

Responsibilities:

·       Review packaging guidelines across incoming orders to ensure alignment with procedures, brand standards, and market regulations.

·       Coordinate testing verification and review compliance documentation (e.g., CPSIA Certificates) to ensure product readiness.

·       Serve as an operational point of contact for APAC vendors on brand compliance execution and routine queries.

·       Investigate and assist in resolving order discrepancies and non-compliance issues.

·       Partner closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics) and external vendors on regulatory updates, compliance shifts, and process improvements.

·       Address daily inquiries regarding labeling, packaging specifications, UPCs, and brand-specific requirements.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal, compliance, or a related discipline.

·       1–2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, quality control, order management, or business operations preferred (Fresh graduates with relevant backgrounds are welcome).

·       High attention to detail with a proven ability to resolve data discrepancies efficiently.

·       Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage expectations with internal teams and external vendors.

·       Professional fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
