Compliance Operations Australian Operations

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary to join our Australian Operations team. The candidate will assist with company formations, corporate compliance, client onboarding, and company secretarial activities for Australian entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Australian company registrations, formations, and related documentation.
• Handle ASIC-related compliance, annual reviews, and company updates.
• Manage client onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, and company information.
• Coordinate with Australian clients and internal teams for pending documents and compliance matters.
• Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Assist with corporate restructuring, changes in directors, shareholders, and registered office details.
• Support the team in improving compliance procedures and maintaining accurate records.

Candidate Requirements

• CS Qualified or CS Professional/Executive level candidates.
• 02 years of relevant experience.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of corporate laws and compliance requirements.
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Australian corporate regulations.
• Prior experience in Australian corporate compliance or ASIC matters will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
