Compliance Pharma Italy/Germany

Overview

We are seeking an experienced compliance leader to play a key role within a growing Legal & Compliance function to cover Italy and/or Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and support the launch of innovative therapies across Italy/Germany while partnering with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, Clinical Development, Finance, HR and Legal. The successful candidate will help shape and implement compliance strategy, policies and practices, ensuring robust healthcare, corporate and operational compliance frameworks are embedded across the business.

Experience

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished compliance professional, preferably with a legal background, and bring significant in-house pharmaceutical or life sciences experience . You will have a proven track record of establishing and leading regional healthcare compliance programmes and be able to demonstrate expertise across all core compliance pillars. Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills are essential. The role will involve close collaboration with global colleagues to implement compliance initiatives, identify emerging legal and regulatory risks, and foster a strong culture of ethics and compliance throughout the organisation.
