-7+ years of Project Management experience within financial services industry

-Strong experience leading compliance-related projects

-Experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders, including Managing Directors and senior leadership

-Experience gathering requirements and driving delivery across multiple workstreams

-Strong project planning, organization, and execution skills

-Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions while maintaining positive working relationships

-Experience with KYC, Trade surveillance, FINRA registration, Witz and STAR compliance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience in Investment Banking

-PMP Certification

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Compliance Project Manager to support an Investment Banking client in NYC. This individual will manage compliance-focused initiatives that impact key business functions across the firm. The ideal candidate will have strong Financial Services experience, proven success leading compliance-related projects, and the ability to effectively partner with senior stakeholders at the Managing Director level and above. This role requires a highly organized project manager who can drive delivery, gather requirements from business stakeholders, manage project plans, and navigate complex organizational environments while maintaining strong relationships. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead end-to-end compliance-related projects from initiation through delivery

-Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders -Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting

-Coordinate cross-functional teams across Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Business groups -Identify project risks, dependencies, and remediation plans

-Communicate project updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders

-Drive execution and ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule

-Facilitate meetings and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
