Project Overview We are a consulting team within EY Strategy and Consulting Co., Ltd. that helps organizations improve how work is performed across people, processes, and systems. We support clients by reviewing how teams operate, documenting processes, clarifying responsibilities, and helping organizations build sustainable ways of working.
For each engagement, we work with highly skilled external subcontractors (subject matter experts, or SMEs) who bring deep, hands-on expertise in areas such as accounting, finance, tax, human resources, IT, supply chain and various other functions.
For this engagement, we are seeking an experienced Compliance Transformation SME to support a governance, risk, and compliance transformation program within a regulated industry. The engagement will focus on reviewing, documenting, mapping, and aligning compliance-related processes, controls, policies, and governance requirements to enterprise standards. The work is delivery-oriented and requires a professional who can translate complex regulatory and compliance requirements into structured and practical documentation.
This is a project-based role where expertise is applied through defined deliverables and close collaboration with EY consultants and client stakeholders. The client's management keeps responsibility for final judgments, approvals, and submissions. If you are interested in contributing your expertise to the activities outlined below, we welcome you to apply and connect with one of our talent advisors.

- Collaborating with local, regional, and global stakeholders to support a consistent approach.
- Organizing, maintaining, and improving compliance-related documentation.
- Supporting the preparation of information for migration into centralized governance, risk, and compliance systems.
- Contributing to broader compliance transformation and operating model initiatives.
