Role Summary

The Compliance Review Associate is responsible for reviewing vendor compliance documents against predefined criteria and approving or rejecting submissions based on checklist requirements.

Key Responsibilities

● Review compliance documentation (e.g., insurance certificates, regulatory documents) against standards set by the client.

● Approve or reject documents based on established criteria

● Escalate unclear or complex cases to internal leads

● Conduct ad hoc account audits when requirements are updated

● Complete small administrative tasks related to compliance tracking

Required Skills

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy

● Ability to follow structured guidelines and checklists

● Comfortable reviewing formal documents

● Clear written communication

● Ability to manage repetitive, process-driven work

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday (7am - 4pm MNL time)

Must Have atleast 50mbps internet connection

Must be wiling to work (Office-based)
