Compliance Section Head
Perform a full audit cycle, including risk management and control management over operational effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance, including review and creating new procedural/ policy

Accountabilities

• Provide risk assessment & routine internal audit
• Coordinate the preparation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the key business process
• Perform compliance audits related to regulations and laws
• Monitoring and support activities conducted by external auditors/ third parties
• Support the departments in training employees on policies and procedures
• Perform the quarterly access review of business applications and programs
• Support the implementation and manage the Whistleblowing Program

Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

Experience Requirements

• Experienced 5 years of internal audit or internal control in the pharmaceutical industry or FMCG.
• Understand key business processes, including procedures, risk, and testing.
• Able to assess & evaluate risk and implement solutions.
• Excellent reporting skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
• Have a good command of computers (Microsoft Office).
• Experience with the SAP program
• Have good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
