Placement: Lamongan, East Java

PT. Shoetown Mustika Indonesia is currently seeking a detail-oriented and responsible professional to join our team as a Compliance Staff. This role is responsible for ensuring the company operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as internal policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Compliance, Legal, or related field
• Strong understanding of Indonesian government regulations (labor law, K3, licensing, etc.)
• Able to monitor and ensure company compliance with applicable regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented, assertive, and responsible
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Willing to be placed in Lamongan, East Java

Job Description:

• Monitor and ensure company compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments
• Identify potential compliance issues and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure all company licenses and legal documents are valid and up to date
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding compliance-related matters
• Handle communication with government institutions when necessary
• Prepare reports related to compliance activities and findings
• Support implementation of company policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist in internal and external audit processes
