Compliance Supervisor

Job Specifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Political Science or Bachelors of Law, Master’s degree is a plus factor.
• With experience in handling compliance and legal role. Exposure in legal perspective specifically, mandated government benefits, Dole and governance.
• Strong in analytical thinking and ability, strong in communication skills, in depth in legal and moral integrity.
• Keen in details especially in legality of documents, must be reliable and with high integrity in handling of information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitoring of a company's compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies;
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, prepare required filings, and ensure timely responses to inquiries;
• Monitor and process the Company, Government and regulatory required permits & licenses, Monitor and process Permits and licenses of the company, ensure 100% validity. (Business Permits, IATA, DICT courier license Quarterly Maintenance and Monitoring of Fire Equipment, LTO Vehicle license, LTFRB Pranchise, BFP, Health/Sanitary Permits, DENR, or any other permits);
• Partner with other departments to enhance governance and compliance processes;
• Prepare and process timely all the Service Agreements based on standard procedures.
• Manage and monitor all claims like IR, AR, container deposit, MC/CA Liquidations.
• Process AR Demand Letter and ensure 100% collection.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records with monitoring.
• Plan and design business processes and systems for process improvement/innovation.
• Analyze, create and review existing processes or services of CJ and recommend necessary improvements through incremental and break through improvements using the stages PLAN, DO, ACT, CHECK.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on compliance activities, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Identify, integrate, and manage required internal and external data resources to provide business solutions for complex operational issues.
• Creates and maintains knowledge management strategy and checks use of knowledge management tools and methods.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
