Compliance Supervisor

The Compliance Supervisor is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for Manila-based Compliance team members supporting U.S.-based Compliance operations. This role works closely with U.S. Compliance leaders to ensure strong team performance, operational consistency, and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and established standards.

Work Setup: 3 months onsite training, then hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop Manila-based Compliance team members supporting U.S. operations.
• Serve as the primary people leader for the Compliance Generalist team, overseeing performance management, goal setting, career development, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based Compliance leadership to align staffing requirements, operational priorities, service expectations, and escalation processes.
• Monitor team productivity, quality, operational metrics, and SLAs to ensure performance targets are met.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, performance feedback discussions, and development planning.
• Address employee relations concerns, attendance issues, performance gaps, and escalations in coordination with HR and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, standardize processes, and support team scalability.
• Promote a culture of compliance, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, confidentiality requirements, compliance standards, and operational procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Operations, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree in Healthcare Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus)

Work Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance
• With previous experience in a team leadership or supervisory role
• Experience supporting U.S.-based operations or shared services environments is preferred.

Certification

• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) through the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) is preferred.
