Compliance Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

Graduate of BS Chemistry, BS Food Technology, BS Chemical Engineering or any 4yrs course preferably holder of professional license but not required

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 2-3 years work experience as Supervisor acquired from manufacturing industry, at least 1 year of which in food manufacturing company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1 Reports directly to the QA Head.

1.2 Responsible in the overall compliance of the company. This includes both the Food Safety Management, Legal Compliance, compliance to Customer, Halal and ISO requirement .

1.3 Responsible for managing the ISO or food safety team and Halal, ensuring training of the food safety team members, ensuring that the IMS is established, implemented, maintained and updated.

1.4 Responsible for the development and maintenance of a Quality Control System, by close supervision of all activities and techniques in the factory, that raw materials, packaging materials, Semi-Finished Goods and finished products are within specified guidelines and instructions.

1.5 Coordinates the conduct of HACCP studies for all new products and the subsequent annual reviews of all studies. HACCP review is also initiated whenever there are changes initiated in the product.

1.6 Lead in setting-up the factory QMS, Internal Quality Audit activities,and Halal assurance system.

1.7 Abides by the Company’s Rules and Regulations on Discipline, Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality Monitoring Scheme, Safety Practices and other Company policies that may be issued while in the employ of this Company; otherwise, the company shall lay down the appropriate disciplinary action.

1.8 Ensures that the product, working conditions and work processes are consistent and within the quality standards.

1.9 Performs other functions and duties as maybe assigned or called for by her superiors.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
