Compliance Support, GxP Training

Location: Basel

Contract duration: 1 year/possible extension

As compliance support in the field of training, you will work in the technology department. You will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the biotechnological, chemical and galenic production facilities of the Pharmaceuticals Division plant.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative support of training activities consisting of local and global.
• Requirements as well as cooperation in the implementation of the required training concepts.
• Preparation of training materials and cooperation in the organization of trainings.
• Support of customer departments in the implementation of the training strategy.
• Active exchange with our customers' training organizations.
• Supervision of the Learning Management System Cornerstore.
• Support for project activities.

Requirements:

• Completed training or studies in a pharmaceutical company.
• Fluent German and English
• At least 3-5 years of practical experience in the field of administration, quality assurance and training i n the field of pharmaceutical, chemical or biotechnological plants.
• Sufficient experience with the learning management system Cornerstone is required.
• In-depth professional experience in a GMP regulated working environment.
• Team player with excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to build effective and trusting relationships with colleagues and employees at different levels.
