Compliance Testing - AVP

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and regulations, including RBI requirements.
• Conduct regular compliance testing and reporting to identify areas of improvement.
• Develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on compliance performance metrics.
• Implement corrective actions to address non-compliances identified during testing and reporting.

Job Requirements :

• Strong understanding of Regulatory Guidelines (RBI) and ability to interpret them effectively.
• Experience in Compliance Reporting, Compliance Testing, and implementing corrective actions based on findings.
• Ability to develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
