Job Description

ELTA Systems is looking for a Component Engineer to join the Airborne Systems Division, Space Directorate.

The role includes:

• Identification, approval, and qualification of components
• Participation in design and engineering processes, from the drawing stage through production
• Development of systems for a variety of space projects
• Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and component-related issues
• Working with multiple interfaces and cross-functional teams throughout the organization

Requirements

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Materials Engineering / Component Engineering – Required
• 10 years of experience in Materials / Component Engineering – Required
• Previous experience and familiarity with space environmental conditions – Advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with multiple interfaces and multidisciplinary teams
