- Support continuous improvement activities, including Lean / 6S practices and process refinement
The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate level (SC) of security clearance. More details can be found here

- Experience using precision measurement tools such as callipers, micrometres, and gauges
- Competent in the use of manual and light power tools (e.g. drills, torque tools)
- Understanding of Lean principles, basic root-cause analysis, and corrective action processes
Core Competencies
- Strong attention to detail with a disciplined and methodical approach
- Practical problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with engineering, quality, and production teams
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and support others
- Demonstrates openness and enthusiasm for acquiring new skillsets and mastering manufacturing processes beyond their current comfort zone.
