• Days: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Nights: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 pm – 6:00 am

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

The Role

As a key member of our production team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing moulds by applying release agents to ensure high-quality production.
• Hand-laminating pre-preg materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Safely de-moulding cured components while protecting both parts and tooling.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet exacting quality standards.
• Following and maintaining our quality management systems.

Key Skills and Competencies:

The Candidate

We’re looking for candidates who have the following skills and attributes:

• Eligibility to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
• Experience working as a Laminator in a similar environment
• Their own vehicle and the ability to commute to our site due to its rural location.
• A methodical, precise and quality-driven approach to work.
• Experience working from technical drawings and specifications.
• The ability to minimise material waste and work efficiently.
• Strong workload management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• A calm approach under pressure, with proactive problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• The confidence to identify and escalate issues when necessary.
