About the role
Composite Technician / Pultrusion Operator role involving operation and monitoring of pultrusion machines and production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor pultrusion machines and production equipment.
- Prepare raw materials, including fiberglass and resin systems.
- Perform quality inspections and dimensional checks on finished products.
- Record production and inspection data accurately.
- Maintain good housekeeping and follow all safety requirements.
- Assist with machine setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance activities.
Job Requirement
- SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, composites, fiberglass, pultrusion, extrusion, or related industries.
- Able to use measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges.
- Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of quality and safety requirements.
- Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
